REFUNDS AND CANCELATIONS
At Cedar's Computer Closet, we do not accept returns (for refunds)
Once an order is placed, it can not be canceled.
WARRANTIES
We do provide a free 75 day warranty (Depending on eligibility)
If you would like to purchase an extended warranty, contact us within 30 days of the purchase of a computer, provide your order number, and we will help to create an order based on how long you would like your warranty extended. (3 Year Maximum)
How our warranties work
You will return your item, we will assess the system, and if eligible, we will either repair the issue, or replace the item with a new one. If it is needed, simply contact us at cedarscomputercloset@gmail.com and we will help to provide a solution.
Warranty eligibility
Eligible products:
Desktop and Laptop computers (Restrictions apply, read ineligible items for information).
Ineligible items:
Stickers.
Damaged desktops/laptops caused by user error. (Spills, malware, drops, incorrect installations, damage during modification, etc)
Refurbished components.
Peripherals.
Accessories.
Electric bikes/scooters.
Other.
DAMAGE UPON ARRIVAL
Please inspect your item upon receiving it.
If an item comes damaged, contact us immediately, describe the issue, provide photos of the damage, and we will help to work on a solution as quickly as possible.
DISCLAIMERS!
Warranty does not mean returns and refunds. We do not accept returns or cancel orders.
If you damage an item, such as spill liquid, drop it, etc, you are responsible for the damage, and our warranty no longer applies.
